Hi there! We are looking for a new roommate for our cosy little home – Could that be you? WELCOME TO DAPPER FREDERIKS BRYGGE The flat is in Frederiks Brygge, the new part of Sydhavnen. It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with a bathroom incl. laundry machine, spacious kitchen & living room, and a lovely balcony facing the sun. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. Close-by you will find Sydhavnstippen & Vestre Kirkegård for some nature, Vesterbro and Islands Brygge can easily be reached by bike, and if you like Italian food, Supermarco at the end of the street is there to save your day. Note that your room would be 8.5 m^2 (the website does not allow decimal numbers in the room size). YOUR TWO NEW ROOMMATES Raphael is 33 years old and moved to Copenhagen almost eight years ago, currently working in business development. In his leisure time, he is quite active and likes to spend time with people and in nature. He plays volleyball, dances Lindy Hop & Tango, is fresh in love with winter bathing, and volunteers here and there. On the weekends, Raphael’s inner night owl comes out and he is up for drinks and an occasional good night out in the city. At home, he likes to chat with his roommates, listen to music, or enjoy some calm time with a book & coffee. Elisa is 28 year old and half Spanish, half Danish. She is currently studying for a master’s in international politics. In her free time, Elisa likes to hang out with her friends and unleash her creativity. She is always open to try new things and has recently been exploring the dancing universe, particularly Samba and Latin dances. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes and cuisines, as well as learning more about other cultures and traditions. We don’t have any particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are. It however matters to us that you have reflected about what it takes to live together and that you are willing to proactively contribute to that. In our opinion, a home should be comfortable & reliable, and we look for somebody with a similar perspective.
