I rent out a furnished room in Aalborg Vestby. The room is 18m2 and with its own balcony. There is a double bed with duvets, pillows and linens, large wardrobe, desk, bookcase and TV bench. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and for shared use. The rent is 3200kr and includes electricity, water and heat. The first three months of the rent are prepaid. After that the rent is paid monthly. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
