The room is 11 m2 and placed on Nordborgborggade. The room has a built-in closet and access to the balcony. It is approximately a 5 min bike ride to the city center and is placed in a nice green area. Room is placed in my apartment, so the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and balcony are shared. The rent is 4000 kr each month which includes power, water, heat and 150 Mbit broadband. There is free laundry and bike parking in the basement. I'm 32 years old and work in TDC. I spend my spare time in the fitness world and on the beach volleyball court. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
