Hello everyone - We're a young(ish) couple looking for someone to join in on Aarhus' coziest and best placed apartment (That's official, ask anyone ??) We're hoping to find someone that wants to support a nice atmosphere in the apartment and perhaps is interested in having an occasional dinner/board games/movie nights together. That also means that they will do their part in keeping the common areas somewhat clean and tidy. You'll be living with: Mikkel (26, Danish) - I'm studying computer science and working part time at Partisia, which I'm spending most of my time on. In my spare time, I enjoy climbing, reading, music and everything gaming. Sophy (23, Estonian) - I'm an educated chef working full time at café Hack. In my spare time, I like to climb, paint, play video games and hanging out with my friends. What we hope to see in you: Basically what's stated above and that you respect the customary closed door and in general is just a chill and nice person ??. You do not have to be a student. Gender is irrelevant. We are however, looking for someone 20+ at least and someone who is alright with speaking English, since Sophy is not (yet) fluent in Danish, hence the language of this post. You do not have to be fluent ??. The practical stuff: The apartment has its own dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. Rent + aconto + internet is 4805 kr each month. Every third month there will be a bill for electricity, which is of course dependent on how much we spend. The price for moving in is 3x rent for deposit and 1x rent for prepaid rent, so: 17582 kr. (+ rent for the current month) We'll be sharing household stuff like toilet paper, spices for cooking, cleaning products etc. (Things that we all use more or less equally). Your room will be roughly 15,6 m^2. You can see a (rather blurry, sorry) picture of it empty, down below. That's it!
