Hi Århus! Our beloved Deirdre will be living in a van in Ireland from the 1st of April, which is why we will need a new tenant for a room in our 3 room flat. You will be living with us, Sally and Lou, both studying in the art academy - we might have unpredictable routines/schedules but are usually full of love and down for a dinner/beer/cigarette/super bowl performance on YT-session. The apartment is located at Langenæs (close to Harald Jensens Plads) right next to green areas and supermarkets and 10 minutes from the city center by bike or bus. The rent is 3300 a month, incl. heat but plus electricity (a few hundreds a month). Washing machine and dish washer in the flat, storing room in the basement. Currently we don't have WiFi, just phone hotspots, but this can be changed if u r passionate abt such things ? The room will be free from April to September/October, where we both plan to move out.
