I am moving out and looking for a new tenant to take over my room (12 sqm) in a shared apartment (89 sqm) located at Mjøsensgade, 2300 København S. The apartment is about 9 minutes walk away from M1 and M2 metro (DR Byen and Amagerbro), and approximately 10–15 minutes by bike to the city center and the Amager strand. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a shared living room, a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are well separated, so privacy is very good. The room is partly furnished. Existing furniture can be take over (sofa bed, desk, computer chair, coat rack and small closet), or you are welcome to bring your own furniture. The monthly rental will be 6895 dkk including 645 dkk prepaid utilities (gas, heat, water). Electricity and internet are not included (approx. 300 dkk/month based on our previous usage. Smoking, pets, and late-night party are not allowed. The room is available from 1st February with flexible time length (minimum 6 months), with three-months move-out notification time. An official contract will be provided by the landlord. The standard move-in cost is two months’ deposit plus one month’s rent. Since we have already paid the deposit, you may either take over the current contract with a one-month deposit, or sign a new contract with the full deposit. You will share the apartment with a quiet, sporty male researcher at the Copenhagen University. We expect you to be clean, respectful, and friendly.
