Hi, We are a small family renting out one or two rooms in our new house, located near Stengården Station in Bagsværd. The rooms available are in the basement and include: Two separate bedrooms, A hallway, A private bathroom, A separate room that functions as a kitchenette The kitchenette includes a washing machine and dryer, which we will share. Please note that kitchen facilities are quite limited and only suitable for very basic cooking. If you wish to cook more elaborately, you're welcome to use our main kitchen on the first floor. Ideally, you're an exchange student at DTU this coming fall, or a couple looking for temporary housing. For one person, we expect to rent out one room for 6500 DKK/month. For two people (a couple), we expect both rooms to be rented together for 8500 DKK/month. The rental period starts in July or later, and we're happy to discuss and agree on the exact start date.
