Hi! I am looking for a roommate in a 3-room shared flat right next to Amager Strandparken! It is on the 14th floor with a balcony and with amazing views over the city, beach and sea! Price between 8800-9200 DKK, including utilities, depending on exact pricing and which room you will have! Move-in is from March. Your room will be unfurnished, and I will be able to partly furnish the rest of the flat. The room will have a built in wardrobe. I will myself move in beginning of March, therefore dont have very recent pictures. Pictures are from the same apartment a few floors down. There is built in washing machine and dryer. Also possible for couples, rent approx. 11000DKK/month. Min. 6 months stay is preferred. You appreciate a quiet and clean home that serves as a base in a busy everyday life. You enjoy meeting in the spacious living room with kitchen when our daily lives cross paths. Whether it's around the table for dinner, coffee, a board game or a short chat before work. It is a home for guests, but not frequent parties. :) About myself: I am 27 years old, from Switzerland and doing my PhD in physics at the University of copenhagen. I would describe myself as an open-minded, friendly and clean person. Usually I am pretty busy during the week with my study/work, so I appreciate when I have some time for myself to relax, but it is at the same time very nice to have some spontaneous chats and activities to do together. In my free time I like to hike (mostly back in Switzerland though;)), run, cycle, and surf (you can often find me at amager beach on weekends). I sometimes I go bouldering and cimbling, and in general I enjoy time in the nature!
