Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate to move in from the 1st of June. The flat is shared with two international female scientists (in their early 30s) and is located in Østerbro, 2 minutes walking from the Trianglen metro station. The apartment is around 140 m2, it has a big living room, a very equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with a good size, a balcony with nice views and a lift. There is both a dishwasher and a washing/drying machine. There are bins and a bicycle shed in the courtyard. The room is very big and furnished. It has a double bed (180 cm), a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers (6 drawers), two side tables, two table lamps and a heater. You will be given two single duvets, bedsheets and towels. The monthly rent is 6420 kr, plus 266 kr for heating consumption. The internet bill and the electricity bill comes every 3 months and is 249 kr (fixed price) and about 350 kr, respectively. We anticipate that the rent might be decreased in the near future (and any difference will be refunded). The renting period is 5 months with the possibility of extension.
