Hey people! We are two students looking for a third person to move in our lovely apartment in Frederiksberg. Unfortunately our roomie Chris will leave the apartment at the end of December, so we are looking for someone from January (possibly from the first or second week). The apartment contains 3 bedrooms, with a big and open living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a toilette with window. We also have a big basement for extra stuff! The laundry service is located at the ground floor and is shared with the rest of the people living in the block. In the front yard there’s a big shared garden where we usually have BBQs, dinners and parties. The apartment is located in Finsensvej 61 (Frederiksberg). CBS is 3’ by bike, DTU is about 40’ by train and Flintholm station (Metro, Train and Bus) is 5’ walk. The area is cozy and quiet with a Lidl supermarket just in front of our place, and the heart of Frederiksberg just around the corner. About us: We are Andrea and Nikolaj, respectively 27 and 23 years old guys. I (Italian from Rome) study Marine science at DTU and work at the København Aquarium and Nikolaj (Half Danes and Half Italian) just started his Master at CBS and has a job as bartender in Café Svejk (Go and meet him ?? ). We are really easy going people, we love different cultures and people from all around the world. Food is a must, we love to make dinner with our friends and learn something new every time. We love music and parties (house is provided of disco lights). Last but not the least, we love plants. The room is 8 sqm, with a big window and a balcony which will be completed in January. Moreover, it is fully furnished with a big wardrobe and a single-bed (ofc there's the option to get it unfurnished)! The price is 5550 kr/month (expenses excluded), we also require three months of rents in advance. The price might be 5300 if the balcony is not going to be ready for that date.
