It's a beautiful home on a nice street, with all the charms including wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of light. The available bedroom is on the main floor, alongside a large bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fire place, and balcony. Our family bedrooms and an additional bathroom are upstairs on the top floor. There is access to a private garden at the rear of the house, backing on to Grøndalsparken. Great neighbourhood and only 5-10 mins to trains and Metro stations, close to CBS, and 15 min cycle to the city centre. The monthly rent is 8000 kr, plus a 25% share of the utilities (electricity, heat and water). The move in deposit is 8000 kr., plus the first and last month's rent (24,000 kr total). We are looking for a single person of any age. Ideally, this person is also looking for a long-term home (at least one year). If looking for a furnished room, we can also chat about this.
