** Commuters considered a bonus** We are a danish couple seeking a roommate from the 1st of June. We rent two out of three rooms in the apartment including the balcony. We are seeking a roommate for the third room exclusively, access to bathroom and kitchen included. We are looking for someone who is clean, and has a stable income. Both danish and international candidates are welcome. Candidate should be a non smoker, and respects the quiet nature of weekdays. The room is newly renovated and in pristine shape, and should be left as such upon termination of contract. The future occupant should be prepared to clean the shared areas once a week, and be able to pick up after themselves. Rent is 4200, including electric, water and internet costs. The price does not include shared necessities such as toilet paper, rags and soap etc. We are both 21 years old and have busy weeks. Victor manages a coffee shop near Nørreport and attends night school on the side. Kristine studies full time at CBS and has a stay-at-home job on the side. We prefer to come home after long days to a quiet and clean apartment, the candidate should be able to respect that. We receive a lot of messages, therefore we'd like candidates to write a detailed description of themselves and their habits, to give us an idea of who they are.
