It will be all newly furnished** You will only be sharing with me, Sheridan from Canada, 37 years old and I have been living in Denmark 2 years now. I run a small business here in Copenhagen which can sometimes take a lot of my day. But nonetheless I am up early and go to bed early on weeknights. I play ice hockey, love comedy, like to read, study Danish, value a good chat philosophizing about life, enjoy a bit of Netflix, and a bit of a music nut - any live show from nearly any genre and I'm there! Not a "partier" anymore, but I do LOVE cooking and hosting dinner parties, BBQ's, costume parties, or just to have a couple chill drinks with friends all the same. Cleanliness is very important to me when sharing a space with someone. I'm not a psycho about it, we all leave a mess sometimes (myself included), but my home is where I recharge my batteries from what sometimes is a long day or week, so coming home to a mess on a regular basis would make me sad :( What you do in your own room is your business, but the common areas need to be kept tidy.
