Hej! I am looking for a nice and friendly person to rent my bedroom from the 1st of September until mid October. The flat is located in Rosenørns Allé, on the 4th floor, very close to the lakes and 2 min away from Forum metro station. There are supermarkets (Rema1000, Irma, and Netto) just next by, and plenty of restaurants and take away. It is a fantastic location! The apartment was fully renovated in 2014 and consists of three bedrooms, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room, bathroom (with washing machine) and a second toilet. Your room is around 12 m2, and it is facing the courtyard, which is a very calm space. It is oriented to west, and there is a beautiful light in the afternoon/evening when the sun is out. Internet, water and electricity are included in the rent price. You will be sharing the apartment with my 2 nice flatmates: Julia (32 years old, from Spain) and Sys (30 years old, from Denmark), working as an architect and as an illustrator.
