My roommate: Can move in: 1st of March 2019 Plan to move out earliest: 1st of March 2020 I'm looking for a friendly and tidy roommate. Furthermore my roommate is a non smoker. In case conflict/discussion happens, my roommate is willing to talk them through so we can at least agree about we disagree. Last requirement is that you register your CPR to my adress. I wish you to be vegetarian if not vegan. If we want to watch visuals/chill and take care of our mutual rooms together with or without friends every now and then and if we have talks together daily - everything in a not time consuming way since I'm busy with my career aswell as I imagine you are, then we would be a great, solid match. Want to stay longer? I got permission to rent till March 2020. But if you want to stay longer I will apply around January 2020, unless I don't find a roommate I don't want to live with as long as possible, but I'm confident I find a roommate I wish to stay with for the longest. Economy To move in you pay the deposit which is: 1 deposit of 1.500 kr. and you pay 1 month forward payment which is 3.800 kr. and 1 house rent which is 3.800 kr. After experiencing people are not willing to do normal procedure it might help that I tell you beforehand. First we have one/more meetings and then we sign our contract together latest within 3-5 business days and you partly pay me latest 3 business days after signing the contract that makes me receive the money latest 5 business days before you move in, so I can send the contract to my landlord within a reasonable time and after doing the last part you're my roommate. Rooms Your room is furnished/partly/not furnished - you decide. The room is inclusive internet. The kitchen has the most technological stuff you need, with washing machine, dish washer, and induction plates etc. Sidenote: I almost never cook. The bathroom is small and good with your own little shelf. The area The home has a short distance to transport and shops, inclusive metro, s-train, public bikes, sandwich restaurant, cafe, supermarket and fitness. All within a 7-minutes walk distance. Also Frederiksberg have many public party places for young and old. Me My name is Alvin I’m 24 years old and I graduated in Marketing Management and I sell goods on a website. In my spare time I fx meet new people, enjoy shopping smart and atm I apply for more jobs. I speak danish and english.
