Hey ho everybody! My flatmate is moving out because he found a job abroad. This means it's time to find a new buddy. Move-in date is sometimes between 1-15 April. There is rent, internet, heating, water and electricity included in 7,5k. -- This large flat (108m2) is located in the heart of Frederiksberg. It's right in between Frb, Forum and the upcoming metro station Frb Allé. Bus 34 is right next to the house. 2A, 3A, 9A and 8A are about 5 mins away. The house is located opposite to the beautiful botanical garden/park Landbohøjskolens Have and this is also what you see from your window when procrastinating. There are big built-in closets in your room. If you wish, you can use the bed, desk, bedside lamp and tables - if not, I just get rid of it. The kitchen is pretty spacious and equipped. There is a jug kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge + freezer, and an induction cooker. Considering typical Danish bathrooms, ours is just out of this world, which means you can't shit and take a shower at the same time. There is quite a big corridor with a shared closet. The living room is just so large that we fit in a ping pong table. The table can be also used as a dining table, we just don't have chairs yet. There is also a balcony. We'll drink beers there. We've built a nice sitting area where we hangout and also drink beers. As you might have guessed, the flat is still not fully furnished. We've been slowly working on it. There is still some stuff missing. If you have something cool, we can surely use it here. The notice to quit is just 1 month. My flatmate will sublease it to you as he thinks he might come back to Denmark in a couple of years. You can register your CPR here, of course. -- Now a bit about me. I will turn 26 next week, been living in Denmark for nearly 7 years. But let's speak English, ok? I am a student of branding. I should be writing my thesis by now, but I don't. I have a part time job and I work in corporate branding. I love traveling, good food, coffee, beer, chatting just about everything, cultures, photography, nature, all kinds of stuff.
