Each room comes with personal bathroom Room is 19m2-6110dkk per month (including water and heating) Move-in expenses: 18,330 kr (2 months deposit, pre-paid rent) Starting from the 27th May or 1st of June 2023 CPR available large living room (36m2) bathroom with washing machine and dryer Shared terrace on the same floor Shared roof terrace (for a nice barbecue in summer) Basement and locked bicycle storage Apartment is 9 minutes from Copenhagen University, Nørregade Frederiksberg is also a hub for exclusive clothing and design shopping also lovely cafes and specialty food stores close by. I am French/American and studying at University of Aalborg in the research group of the sustainability of buildings I like to keep the apartment very clean and tidy and respect each other’s privacy as well as the "quiet hours". You are my perfect match if you would like to share all of this with me and you are open-minded and fun person, preferably also in your mid-twenties but more important is that we are a good fit both personally and co-living-wise!
