Moving in from July 1st 2022. Preferably long-term. Earlier is *not* possible. If you see this post, the apartment is available! I’m not going to reply 100+ people, so if you don’t get a reply, it’s not you, it’s me.
I'm renting out a room in the new Frederiks Brygge area. The room is about 3 m x 3.5 m (10.5 m2). Kitchen, bathroom and living room will be shared. Apartment has coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.
It's situated right along the water. If you have a bike it's about 10 min to the Central Station, and 5 to the Copenhagen Mall, and 1 minute to a supermarket. If you don’t have a bike, well, you should.
About me: I’m 30, Danish, and I do programming stuff. I could tell you about all the cool things I pretend to do, but when at home I watch Netflix, play Play...Station/Switch, and try to learn a foreign language. I have a healthy obsession with Chinese/Japanese stuff. I’m also really into cooking Asian food, and listening to French house music. Sometimes at the same time.
If you’re not into any of the above, well that sucks. It’s important for me to find someone who’s willing to small talk every now and then, maybe cook or watch a movie together.
Having friends or family over is fine, but in general I like to keep the rule that we both live here, so if something is too “private” for the other party to join in on, better do it elsewhere. Nobody wants to hide in their rooms and make stuff weird.
Except when you’re working. Please don’t work in the living room actually.
No couples, no pets, good English (or Danish) language skills mandatory. Smoking (daily, weekly, monthly, don’t care) is a complete dealbreaker.
On moving in you will need to pay first and last month’s rent, and deposit. The room will be fully furnished, with a wardrobe, hanger, bed and table.

Maybe. In that case my daily rate quadruples.
> Can you lower the rent please?
In this economy? You’ll have to give me a very good reason then.
