Hi everyone
I am looking for a new roommate after returning to my apartment in Copenhagen. I study communication and lack a 10 ECTS course before I finish my master's. I spent the autumn 2019 semester as an exchange student in Seoul, and that's one of reason why I want to help out an international student. It can be a big challenge to join a new place.
The room consists of a bed and two big wardrobes. There are linens and towels available. The price includes electricity, water, heat, internet and CPR is possible.
The apartment is 86 m2 and located in the calm and cosy part of Copenhagen called Østerbro with a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. There are a lot of high quality cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and Fælledparken is only 500 m away. The apartment is placed in the middle of Ryparken st. (line B, F), Svanemøllen st. (line A, B, C, E), Poul Henningsens Plads Metro and Vibenshus Runddel Metro.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The apartment is located in a historical building therefore the bathroom is not as big but has a separated toilet and shower. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen and a drying machine in the common washing area that you can use for free. The property also comes with shared garden and bike cellar.
I set the moving-in date to August 10th but am pretty flexible. Mid-end of August is fine too.
I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate that sometimes would like to cook, watch a movie, have a drink together and sometimes want to have their private space. Looking forward to hearing from you.
