The City house (Rækkehus in danish) has a total of 127 sqm, consisting of 2 bathrooms, a nice private backyard with terrace to enjoy grill outside, spacious kitchen and living room to prepare the meals.
The place has a dishwasher, washer & dryer, and there is also a storage shed outside.
Your room is 11 sqm with a built-in wardrobe and a large window, which is located on the 3rd floor where is a bathroom also.
You will share the house with Kate from Estonia, Roland from Latvia and Aron from Hungary. We are all moving in together on 01.04
The rent of DKK 5.500,- included CPR , internet and heating.
Electricity bill comes in every third month what will be split equally.
Deposit and prepaid rent: DKK 16,500 (2 months deposit and one prepaid month of rent)
Move-in date: 1st of April
We can help you with the furniture and transport, if there’s need. All the common areas will be furnished from our side, once we move in 01.04
