- You will have direct access to a big terrace in the backyard for dinners, BBQ and chilling in the sun, as well as (two!) nice rooftops that overlooks Copenhagen's skyline.
You will share the flat with two 29 year old guys from Germany and Denmark that are both working full-time.
During the week we share some time together after work and keep it easy as we all have 9-5 jobs. Over the weekend we like to socialize, so either we can have some friends over for dinner and beers or have some plans elsewhere.
The rent is in total 5905 DKK/month (internet and electricity not included). The rent is adjusted every year in January so it might change slightly (20-30 DKK) in January 2022.
The original deposit was 3 months rent and prepaid rent is 2 months.
