All-inclusive room with no extra bills!
Looking for a room, but grown out of the party scene? Then the last room in my apartment might be for you!
It's a 8m2 room in a large 4-roomed apartment (115m2) on the second floor - with elevator and large balcony.
I use the flat as a commuter place, so stay there a few nights each week and very occasionally at the weekend.
A little about me - I'm 41, married and have 3 children. I live out of the city, but have an office in Frb so use the apartment for an occasional night in the city.

I'm a British expat and after traveling the world solo, landed in DK in 2003. I'm a triathlete, so you will likely encounter gear hanging in the bathroom or an odd bike or equipment around the place from time to time. I'm outgoing, but also enj...oy my own company, so don't feel the need to eat /socialise with others - especially after a long day in the office or after training. I have shared housing for many years both at Uni and whist traveling.
The other room is rented by a professional 41 year old Aussie guy.
A little about you:
You are an employed professional or full-time student with employment. You are tidy and like to clean up after yourself and appreciate others that do the same.
You respect that others in the apartment work full-time, so keep the noise to a minimum in the evenings.
You are honest and respect others privacy and belongings.
You are a non-smoker.
We promise we'll do / be the same in return! :-)
Please note that this advert is for Room 2 - (Room 1= Aussie guy, Room 3= mine).
The room is unfurnished in a new building with noise reducing windows.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and the rent includes:
Wifi
Fully equipped kitchen
Electricity
Heating
Smart TV (in the living room for shared use)
Apple TV (in the living room for shared use)
'House' access to HBO & Viaplay
Free use of the washing machine and dryer
Dishwasher
