The apartment is located in an attractive area, by the lakes, in a quiet area of the inner city, with good transportation possibilities. (10 minutes by walk to Nørreport st. 15 minutes by walk to Østerport st.) Many green areas, Ørsted park, King's garden, Botanic garden are just around the corner. Lots of cozy cafes and restaurants, supermarkets are nearby.

Your room is unfurnished and the living room can be shared.
I am looking for a male roommate, 24 years +, who has lived with others in a shared apartment and can communicate well about your pet peeves. You respect the house chores and do your cleaning duty every other week. You like to have a casual chat from time to time, on the other hand, there is also plenty of space for the closed door. The room is for single, so no partner visiting.
