Looking for roomie a for two-bedroom luxury ground floor apartment in Sluseholmen (‘Metropolis’ building) situated on its own peninsula in the Port of Copenhagen. Your room has a large private terrace with sea-view.
Room:
Bright 15 m2 with direct access to private terrace (5 m2) facing water and green areas available for one person (only). No pets allowed (sorry!).
Access to modern kitchen (dishwasher) and bathroom (washer and dryer), dining/living room, public roof top (11th floor) with lounge furniture, basement for bikes etc.
All floors and walls/ceilings will be painted end-December. Please note I will not take over the apartment myself until mid-December so please ignore furniture etc. in the photos....
Rent:
DKK 6900/month including all utilities (heating, electricity, water, unlimited use of washing machine, tumble dryer) 1000 M/bit Wi-Fi, media license, home insurance etc. Please note I do not plan to subscribe to cable TV so you’ll have to factor those costs in yourself if that’s a deal breaker.
CPR: possible/no issues

Public transport (harbour bus etc): 5 mins.

I work in the Danish foreign service and have previously lived in London, Palestine, Afghanistan and Jordan while I still and travel extensively for both work and pleasure. In my early 40ies with no children. I spend a lot of time in my motor boat during summer (would welcome some company). Looking to share with a young professional, exchange/PhD student, guest lecturer or similiar with a very global mindset. I don’t smoke so the whole place is a strictly non-smoking environment (includes balcony) and moderate alcohol consumption (no parties), no overnight guests unless agreed in advance.
