Looking for a new tenant for a private and furnished room in the very centre of Aalborg!

Private and furnished room will be available from the 1st of January (possible to move in as early as 23rd of December) in the city centre (on Vesterå) for long term rental.

The room is a part of 4-bedroom apartment which also consists of a bathroom and the kitchen which are equipped with necessary items for the daily life. Furthermore, the building has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well.

Other tenants are friendly individuals who respect each other and expect the same from the new person moving in, but they are also up for a night out and drinking sessions if that is your thing:)

The rent is 2150 dkk/month and utilities+internet cost ~500 dkk/every 3 months. The deposit is 5000 dkk.

I am leaving all the furniture in the room and the only thing I would like to sell is the top mattress I've bought back in October, if you would like to have it. Other than that, the room is furnished for optimal space availability and functionality.

Bus stop, shops, restaurants are a minute away, including the fjord.
