Central room of 16m2 available from late July onwards, located right at the beating heart of Aalborg - Vesterbro 115. Lots of light, wooden floors, and water visible from the window all inclusive! Short walking distance to any of your hearts desires, may it be bus stops, gym, the fjord, Jomfru Ane Gade, or shops.
The rent is 2997 kr (heat and water included) with a deposit of 15 935 (3 month’s rent+ 3 month’s prepaid rent). This will be fully reimbursed by the next tenant, so do not worry :)
The bathroom is great and the shower is super spacious (so you will not have to take your shower over the toilet ;) ). The kitchen is cute and has large cabinets with enough space for all your stuff. The washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the building. There is a backyard with... seating areas that I can personally recommend at any given time but particularly in summer since it is very well protected from the wind. You may also find covered bike storage here.
Included are both pictures of the empty as well as the furnished room as I am selling the majority of my furniture. So if you are interested in anything, let me know!
You will be sharing the apartment with two roomies:
In one room, we got a lovely 21-year-old girl from Iceland, who will be studying theatre in TGK. She loves going out on the weekends and sharing a beer from time to time, but she also respects a closed door. Cleanliness and being organized are quite a priority here, so if you like finding your things where you left them, you found your future home! She also likes to practice her Danish so there is a place for common development.
Your other roomie will also be a 21-year-old girl, who's just starting her education to become a teacher in August. She's into all sorts of creative things, such as drawing, theatre or some casual gaming. Having a chat over a coffee or a beer is just as fine to her as a closed door.
