Hi! I'm looking for a SHORT TERM tenant from Dec 15, 22 - March 31, 23 while I am travelling.
Please only write if you can stay the whole period, or most of it in the flat.
You will live in my bright, private room in a beautiful, newly renovated loft apartment on two stories with new kitchen and bathroom and a dish washer. The apartment is shared with a flatmate named George, who is from UK, in his late 20s, and works as a light designer in a Startup.
The downstairs area consists of an open plain living area with connected kitchen and 2 balconies, and the bathroom.
Your room is on the top floor and has ca. 25m2 with 180 degree window front, overlooking the neighborhood. There are big built in closets and a desk if you need to work from home, smart ...lightning in the whole flat, and the possibility to wash and dry clothes in the basement and use the garden that is shared with the rest of the apartments.
The flat contains
- Dishwasher
- Fridge, Freezer
- Everything you need for cooking and cleaning (except food)
- A real shower
- Washing and drying in the basement (paid)
- Fenced backyard with possibility to safely park bike
- 2 balconies
- lots of plants and some fish
- a lovely flatmate
Rules
- Smoking only on the balcony
- Shoes off
- No parties (unless agreed)
- Shared cleaning duty with flatmate
- Clean up after yourself - always!
About you
You are a friendly person who has experience living with other people. Since you have a flat mate, its important that there is a respectful and good vibe at home.
Privacy is important, but of course feel welcome to use the place as if it is your home. As a flatmate, you like to keep it neat and clean and clean up after yourself - this is important :) We consider our home as a place of recharging and peace and it would mean the world to me if you could water my plants while I am away.
Ideally, you're above 26 and have a steady job or occupation and don't work from home all the time. Home is not a home office :)
