Room close to Glyptothek

Hej,
we’re looking for a third roommate in Vesterbro in a 3-bedroom apartment by the canal on the 4.th floor. You’ll share the kitchen, living room and bathroom with me (Christina, 28, Austrian, PhD student at University of Copenhagen) & Francisco (31, Colombian, PhD student at University of Copenhagen). We are both very easy-going, tidy and open-minded.

The room is about 17,5m2, bright and has a balcony. If you want, you can buy the furniture in the room for 1500 DKK (bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, etc.). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment is very large (138m2), cozy, quiet, and bright.

Our neighborhood is a very cozy place with nice canals and beautiful architecture. The apartment is very well located, close to Netto (around the corner), Central Station (10 minute walk), Radhuspladsen (10 minute walk), Island brygge, the canals, bus 5C and 250S (2 minutes walk). The building has an elevator. There is a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. We also have a projector in the living room where we like to relax and watch movies together.

We are looking for someone who's in their late 20's - early 30's, who likes to socialize but also respects privacy and quietness. You are ideally a clean, tidy, and easygoing person. Non-smokers and no pets.

The start date is end of December 2022/beginning of January 2023.

We are close to the water so it's perfect if you like to take a dive in summer or winter bathe. We're also very close to Glyptoteket and the Black Diamond.

The rent is 9000 in kr. plus bills. The deposit is 13500 DKK plus the first and last month of rent. Registration of your CPR is also possible. We try to keep the apartment nice and clean and we are ideally looking for someone who shares those values :)
