A little practical info:
- it's a 3 Bedroom. Apartment 70 kvm totally renovated. at Valby Langgade 222 near Ålholm Station.
With:dishwashers & a washing machine.
- Bus 26 and 7A goes right in front of the door
- Ålholm station is 5 min walking distance (F Train)
- Langgade station is 10 min walking (C & H trains)
- Danshøj station is 10 min walking distance (B & F Trains)
- The room is approximately 8 kvm .
- Rent = 4000 kr . incl heat, water, wash, home insurance etc.
- Electricity every 1 month = 380 +/- (depending on our use/ will be split in 2).
- Tv & Internet every 3 month 400.
- Deposit = 4.000 kr.
- The room furnished!!
Personal:
You're gonna live with my very good friend Augusto a 31 year young Brazil...ian gay man. Super out-going, almost out every weekend to party, loves to sing a long and hear music while showering, love cooking, and to force-love his two cats.
What I'm looking for:
1. A person that is LGBT friendly!!!
2. Somebody who loves the company of cats, we have two VERY social, well-behaved and needy cats, that would like to sleep in your bed, being cuddle and have your attention when home. So this is an absolute must, since they will scratch on the door and demand your love, when you first live here.
3. Someone that isn't sensitive to noise since you're two people living here together and have different days off etc. So people should be able to chill and watch a movie in the living room, if they feel like it. again you both should feel at home and not be to sensitive, but still with respect of course :)!
3. A person that knows how to keep the common areas clean, and actually know how to keep an apartment functional = dishwasher needs salt sometimes, washing machine need to be emptied for water sometimes, the drain needs cleaning sometimes, to not let food down in the sinks drain etc. that would be awesome, if you know how to adult just a little ;-).
NOTE . smoking is NOT allowed, but you can go one floor down and outside :-)
