We're looking for a new roommate (20+), preferably male, that are looking for a place to live for at least a year. The room is around 20 sq. meters and the rent is 3560 a month. The room is available from the 6th of August and the rent is including utilities.
The rooms are in a 180 sq. meter apartment located on Algade. Both the living room and kitchen are comfortably large and there the apartment comes with a dryer and washing machine that are free to use.
We are an international group (danish , norwegian, american), with all of us studying. We're looking for someone that would want to be a part of our small community and that would be interested in having a communal dinner, a Friday beer, or even just watching a movie together from time to time.
The room comes unfurnished, and the deposit is 3 times the rent (10 680 dkk). On top of that, the rooms all have separate contracts with an external administrator.
