Hello,
I have 1 room available in my lovely spacious 3 bedroom flat (99m) in the Frederiksberg from the 1st of April (15 March also possible) for 12 months with the option to extend.
The apartment is located 400m from Aksel Mollers Have M3 Metro Station, 450m from Fitness World Gym & Frederiksberg Swimming Pool and loads of cafes, restaurants and shops!
The room is 14m and available furnished or unfurnished. You would have access to a washer/dryer, fully furnished living room, bathroom and kitchen- use of all household equipment/ utilities and access to the communal green courtyard which will be great in the summer. There is also a spare room for guests!
The rent will be 8.500DKK per month - including electricity, water and heating. Internet is possible as well. Deposit + prepaid will be 32,500DKK (24,000+8,500).
I am looking for someone who works or studies their masters full time and preferably has experience living with others. It is important that you are respectful of others, clean, you are okay with a bit of socializing and speaks English.
Apartment will be shared with me only, I work full time in Copenhagen in a logistics company.
