Hey there, my roommate Samantha and me are renting one furnished room in our 80m2 apartment. Our roommate has moved away with his girlfriend so we are looking for a new companion to share our apartment with. I am 29 and I come from Croatia and Samantha is 28 years old from Mexico. We are both working so the apartment is free most of the day.
The apartment is close to two parks, excellent for recreational activities. Supermarket is across the street.
It is 10 minutes away walking from the center and train station. The location is quite good because it is situated just in the middle between city center and university.
We are looking for someone who will share the apartment with us and occasionally do stuff together. We are not picky regarding gender or age as most important is that you are normal person, conscious and responsible.
The rent is fixed at 2700dkk. Laundry room is shared between the apartments and is paid separately.
The room is furnished with bed, table, chair, lamps, dresser and a mirror (basically everything to give you a good head start if you are a student).
