Room available for woman or nb in Tingbjerg from May 1st, initially for 6 months with a great possibility for longer. 4000kr incl everything.
The apartment is a big 3-room with light all day long, high sealing, a balcony and big bathroom. There is a kitchen with a seating area and a big living room with TV. My home has very calm and homey vibes and I love cooking and listening to music.
Your room is small but has big windows and is easy to furnish. Can be furnished by me or you bring your own stuff.
The area is very calm, lots of families and green areas. The apartment overlooks trees, parks and has no neighbours across. Close to public transport: 2A and 250S.
I have a car, if you have a drivers license we can speak about sharing.
I have a cat and a dog, so you need to be an animal person and be open to get to know them well. They are very sweet and cuddly and I bring them on daily walks, as the cats spend half days outside. If you have a dog that is alright with other dogs and cats, we could figure it out?
I’m looking for someone who wants to share food and talks and have calm evenings together, but that also respects each others space and privacy. I’m queer, so you need to be at least queer-friendly.
