We have a room available located very central on Fuglevangsvej, Frederiksberg (next to Forum metro, 1 min walking). Apartment is 150 m2, furnished, on the 4th floor (with elevator) and consists of two floors. On the lower floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a large living room with the common living area with balcony facing the yard. On the second floor the last two bedroom are, including yours, a bathroom with shower and washer+dryer and the access to our amazing private roof terrace that has furniture, nice views, and a barbecue. Countless times we have had dinner parties and hangouts there in the warm summer nights!
How is the room?
The room is bright and spacious approx. 15 m2, comes partly furnished, with a big closet for clothes. Bed, desk and chair are owned by me but might be available upon agreement.
Who are the flat mates?
You would be sharing an apartment with 3 other lovely guys. Italian, German and Danish aged 27-29. All are working but in different fields, IT consultancy, marketing and finance. They are easy going and socially active. Mutual interests would be sports, football especially.
Who are you?
Ideally you are a young professional (25+), used to the shared flat environment, willing to occasionally spend time together, cook, watch a movie, etc. but privacy is also respected.
Rent is 5.489 per month and 3 months deposit is requested. Rent includes internet and television with variety of channels. Excludes heating and electricity and cleaning every 2 weeks.
