We want to rent out a room of approximately 14-15 m2 where there is a separate toilet of approximately 2 m2 and a hallway to the room of 3-4 square meters.The hallway is equipped with a small hob and microwave for minor cooking. The room also has its own front door so you don't share with anyone. The room is also rented furnished with a bed, white wardrobe, black wall cabinet, desk, bedside table and chest of drawers.
The room can be rented with a contract of 4-12 months, which can subsequently be extended
The room is located in Valby, at Centerparken. Close to green areas, the F-train, bus 1a, 11, 10 and 133. In addition, there are supermarkets and a fitness center close by.
The monthly rent will be 5000 fixed, where there will be an additional 1000 fixed per month for consumption that covers internet, heat and water. If there are 2 people renting the room, the total rent will increase from DKK 6,000 to DKK 7,500. In addition, there is a laundry cellar where you have to pay for it yourself. The deposit will be DKK 10,000 and a month's prepaid rent of DKK 6,000 must be paid. The room can be terminated by both parties with the current month + 1 month as the notice period.
The room is wanted to be taken over between 1/10 2022 - 5/10 2022, and this date will be fixed.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the room.
