A wonderful, newly furnished 10 sqm room on the top floor in one of the most trendy hoods in town, Vesterbro. Close to main station, short bike ride to Cph University, ITU, CBS, KADK.... Equipped with bed, closet, desk, lamps. Wifi. There is access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dishwasher.
Vesterbro is a central Copenhagen neighborhood, very close to the central station (Hovedb...anegården). It is one of the coolest parts of town, built around the meat-packing district (Kødbyen), inhabited by artists, young professionals and students, but also still some glimpses of the authentic working class culture.
Apartment is inhabited by Bodil (age 48) and Klaus (age 52) (designer and diplomat). Klaus spends most of his time in Paris, France where he works, but Bodil is present part of the time. Your room is your own. There is another tenant in an adjacent room (a female PhD student staying for the whole academic year) with whom you also share kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is 110% non-smoking. The room is for one person only. You cannot sublet or lend out your room in any form and you can have guests overnight only rarely and upon prior agreement with us - and never on weekdays.
Rent includes heating, electricity, water, wifi, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwashing soap.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to know how to clean up after yourself. The contract contains very detailed contractual obligations in this respect. We are very easy to live with - but we will be extremely difficult if you leave a mess.
