Room with great location!

I’m renting out a room in my 100sqm newly renovated flat with a balcony and a fantastic backyard that has fruit trees berries football field etc everyone super friendly. Just by Forum metro station so close to everything!

Your room is 11 sqm has a big closet, a desk, plants and a 140 bed with a big duvet.
There's a washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher in the flat and ive got a cleaner that comes regularly, I want the person moving in to like having it as clean as I do.
6000dkk includes wifi, electricity and heating.
CPR possible :) only females thanks.

You will be living with me and my three kids. Edouard 9, Era 6 and little Helio 2,5. They are super friendly and outgoing and love that people are staying with us. Its really important for me that the person moving in likes to have a good flow and like to hang out here and there, be like one in the family :) but the kids knows very well that if your door is closed its forbidden to go in. The older ones are also with their dad a few days a week.
We are vegetarians so would be a plus if you are as well.

Im 42 years old was traveling and working around the world for 15 years before i had kids. Practice yoga several times a week. Im working as a Reflexologist, deep tissue massage therapist and just took my exam in Fascia massage therapy.
Im having clients at home during the days so the ideal would be if the person moving in would also work daytime away from home.
