Hey everybody! There is a room available in our ‘little’ flat!
Move in is at the 1st or 15th of February, the rent is 5485kr and utensils. (Deposit is 3 mounts rent)
The flat is huuuge 120m2 fon the 6th floor, which contains:
- Two bathrooms
- washingmachine
- dishwasher
- floor heating in all rooms
- a balcony
- nice view from the room where you can see all the way to Carlsbergbyen and Valby on one side and Tivoli and the inner city on the other side + beautiful sunsets.
- completely sound proof windows (weird but nice feature)
- CPR-regestration is possible and couples are welcome!
It is a 10 m2 room in a 120m2 flat located in Sydhaven, close to Supermarco. But still fairly close to the city, in the summer when the bars were open, it took 7 minutes to bike to Kødbyen, when you are thirsty for beer.
You two roommates will be:
Logan: is an architect, who likes cowbells, bikes and dumplings.
Constanza: works for a human rights NGO and likes cooking, dumplings and drinking wine.
Unofficial Roomate: Lettuce-boi: passionate about salad and beer.
