The house is located 5 minutes away from the metro station Øresund , close to grocery stores, gym and other facilities.
You will be living 10 minutes from Christianshavns or Kongens nitrov (city centre) by metro or 15 minutes by bike, approximately 15 minutes by metro to Nørreport (train station). The metro line is the same as the airport so it will take you about 10 minutes to reach it.

The house is new, built in 2018, in a peaceful neighbourhood. The beach is reachable by a nice and really short walk(5 min).

About us

We work is the same restaurant so we will run same schedule we are mostly at work during the week, we have been living in Copenhagen for a year. We are two chefs from Italy (28) and Belgium (23).
We both have lived in a shared apartment, so we are able to follow a cleaning schedule and respect a close door but we also don’t mind have a glass of wine and enjoying some friends company or cooking and having a meal all together.
We both have lived around the world so we like to travel and visit around Copenaghen or Denmark when it comes the chance.

Price: The rent is 6000kr (everything included) and the deposit is 3 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent.
