My flatmate Lisa (26, Austrian) is looking for two new flatmates. She is busy working in marketing, learning Danish, exploring the city or traveling, meeting up with friends, but also enjoys quality time at home. An occasional dinner together, a chat over a cup of tea or a flatmate movie evening are very appreciated. At the same time Lisa cares about her home and wants someone who keeps it tidy and homely. So, if you are looking for a new home and not just a room – please get in touch!
The apartment is pretty spacious at 130 square metres in total. It is located in Teglholm right on the water – so plenty of excuses to swim and enjoy the good weather in summer! Some practical information: Buses to the city take around 10-15 minutes and run frequently – as of mid-October the new bus line 7...A will stop very close by from Alliancevej stop. There are also some other bus lines in walking-distance. The harbour bus stops just around the corner and the nearest train station is Sydhavn. There are a Netto, a newly built Spar and an Irma nearby (less than 5 /10 minutes walking respectively). The area is still being constructed, but there are new cafes, small restaurants, bars and yoga studios popping up all the time.
The first room is 12 square metres with a built-in wardrobe and a window towards the sunny courtyard and balcony of the apartment. The current furniture can be bought for a small fee. It is a sub-let and costs DKK 6.410,- per month.
The second room is 10 square metres facing the water canals. Some furniture can be bought for a small fee. It is not a sub-let but a regular rent and costs DKK 6.210,- per month.
Both rooms are available until September 2020 (extension is possible but can't be confirmed yet). The prices exclude electricity, which is shared equally each quarter. New furniture in common areas and kitchen equipment is very welcome as some things will be needed. CPR for both rooms is of course available.
