Awesome bedroom with its independent dressing-room and bathroom in a new hyggelig building (just a few years old) just by the water! In summer you can swim in the canals just down your bedroom.
The apartment is on the first floor and 113m2 in total; it includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and one big living room/kitchen area. You will have your own room (10.5 m2), bathroom (5 m2) and dressing room (5.5 m2), while sharing the kitchen / living room and a balcony with the two other tenants of the apartment. The two other rooms are rented out by a 28-year-old French girl who just finished her studies in graphic design, and by a 23-year-old Greek guy working as a cook in a restaurant. There is also a cat, Snooz, belonging to the French girl, and Snooz is nice to everyone.
The apartment is located in the new part of Sydhavn, surrounded by bus stops and 10min walk from the Sydhavn S-tog station. Just over the canals, the view from the balcony is amazing. This modern part of Sydhavn is perfect to go both to the city center, and to some nature area as Valby Parken. A Netto and a Super Marco (Italian supermarket) are only 4min walk from the building.
We are moving out to the apartment because we have bought our own flat. The room is therefore not furnished.
There is no rental period - you can stay as long as you want, but we are looking preferentially for long-term tenants. Your name will be on the contract instead of ours, along with the name of the French girl. You can therefore use the address for your CPR registration.
Before taking over the apartment, you will need to provide:
- 3 months of rent (without charge) in advance: DKK 20,846
- a deposit of DKK 12,687 (3 months of rent without charge deducted of 18%)
- the rent for September.
So a total of DKK 41,033
