A bit about my lovely, newly renovated, Amagerbro apartment.
Your room is approx. 9 m2, but the total area of the apartment equals about 70 m2.
The apartment contains three rooms of which one of them will be yours! Furthermore it contains a kitchen and a bathroom, and is equipped with wardrobe, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Your room was beforehand the living room of the apartment, but it has now be shielded into an almost private room (the entrance to your room has no door, but the option to set up a curtain is possible. Your entrance is also only passed by us as a path between the front door and the rest of the apartment). Your room does not come furnished.
CPR registration is possible.
The rent of 4500 DKK/month includes utilities as heat, water, electricity and Wifi internet. So in other words, you won't have to pay for anything else (optionally furniture).
A bit about your roommates (us!):
We are aged 22 & 23 and are danish.
We are both studying - respectively at University of Copenhagen and Roskilde University.
Besides that we are chill guys, who likes music, joking and talking over a beer - and parties now and then :)
Here's a few ideas for your application for the room:
- What is your occupation
- Which interests do you have
- What are your expectations for the living situation
- Will you be bringing or buying furniture. We can help in either cases.
... and of course the usual: name, age, etc.
