MID-TERM RENTAL – 3 Months (Potentially more)

Looking for someone responsible and organized to take over a wonderful, fully furnished room in my apartment with a common space and fully equipped kitchen, and one big bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is spacious (75sqm), with a nice balcony, and has a bicycle looker.
The apartment is shared with me, a 31-year-old quiet and calm innovator who works full-time from home for an international organization.
You will get your own room, which is 11.9 sq.m and has two windows, a king-size, very comfortable bed, and a built-in cupboard. The rent is 8,500 DKK, including utilities (Electricity, water, heat, and high-speed internet). The apartment is on the second floor, and there is an elevator.
Deposit: DKK 17,000 (Equivalent to the first and last month's rent).
There is a nice atmosphere with cinematic space for movie nights and other exciting Netflix shows, but also with respect to private time. Maintaining a clean place is important, and being social is a big plus.
Location: 12 min walking from Østerport st, 1 min walking to the nearest bus stop, which will take you straight to Østerport train and metro station.
I am looking for a roommate who is nice and who appreciates a clean and quiet home. Perhaps you yourself have a social life and are busy with your studies/work, looking for a safe base where you can relax.
One of my favorite specialties is coffee, especially when it's presented in a royal set, with sweets... unbelievably delicious!
