I am looking for a roommate for my apartment on Vesterbro in Carlsberg Byen.
I offer a private bedroom and shared common living spaces, meaning the kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway and balcony (more relevant when the weather gets nicer :)). The bedroom would fit e.g. one single person bed (90cm), bookcase and a desk. You can move in earlier than April 1. Students and full time workers preferred.
In terms of rental period, I am thinking at least half a year and however much more depending on your needs. I have good experience living with various roommates for about 3 years in my previous apartment.
I myself recently moved home to Denmark after a few years abroad in Asia and am slowly getting back into the rhythm of Copenhagen life. Currently searching for a new position, I will b...e around the apartment more frequently these first months, but otherwise I am out in the daytime. I like to think of myself as approachable, helpful, and easy to talk to with a sense of humor. I spend time on photography, political causes, workout, meeting with friends etc. My relaxation is some mix of podcasts, photo editing, movies, home cooking and a glass of wine. I would be happy to grab a drink every once in a while, but if you're looking for a very social roommate situation this might not be for you.
The apartment contains all amenities like induction cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dryer. The apartment size is 77 sqm and your bedroom is 7 sqm with one built in closet and a large door/window. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room with an adjacent large balcony plus bathroom. This website does not show the precise address for some reason, but it is nearby the spot shown on the map.
Rent is 4500 per month with heating, water and electricity included. Deposit is 13500 (3 months) and 1 month prepaid rent.
I plan to hire a biweekly cleaner to do the whole apartment. This is included in the rent. Day to day I like it if we both keep it tidy around the shared spaces.
The neighbourhood of Carlsberg Byen is modern and quiet for Vesterbro, but city life is not too far away. A few different supermarkets are found within a short walking distance, and the nearest metro station is about 800m away.
