I rent a very bright and comfortable room in our apartment, where you have direct access to the main door and our own private garden. You will have access to the kitchen, living room , bathroom and also the garden. And what’s really amazing on spring and summertime. Internet and cable tv ( basic package) include . The apartment is in a very good location. Just around 3 minutes from Hellerup station and the bus runs in front of the building directly to Lyngby and KBH directions. 10 min by bus to Norreport .
The apartment is located right in I’m e middle of three super markets, train station, bus stop, fitness center, parks, cafes, the beach, swimmerhall and the city library.
I live with my 2 daughters and our cat. My oldest daughter isn’t at home for now as we rent her room for long... term. So right now, she is living at the school to study. And will happens that you will be alone at home for some periods, regarding my trips. We speak Danish, English,Spanish and Portuguese.
Room can be rented with furniture if desired.
Price includes water, electricity, and WiFi/Wlan.
In the living room we have Netflix in case. Rental also includes CPR if required.
PS. If interested, the contract supports:
The deposit: to insure the room, the tenant must be responsible for the room from the deposit day.
And in the event of possible contract termination, the tenant must give two months' notice in advance. If not, you will be subject to a two-month charge like any normal contract.
That is why the deposit is low, to secure both sides an easy and safe agreement.
