For the month of December, I am renting one bedroom in my lovely, newly built apartment (100 sq. m) by the beach- located continently across the street from the Øresund metro station taking you will be in city center in 7 minutes. This neighborhood is scenic with wonderful cafes and restaurants such as Wulf & Konstali, La Kaffe, and Sticks & Sushi along with multiple grocery stores and gyms all within walking distance.

- Room available from December 1 to December 31

- Price for the month is 6400 DKK. Deposit is 1600 DKK (but the deposit especially is negotiable).

The building is equipped with an elevator, basement garage (which is also a car parking lot), common recycling/ waste, and a large rooftop with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding city available for your use and entertainment needs.

The apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher all within the apartment for your use along with a storage closest for additional large items you may need to store away. Additionally, you will have access to the private balcony as pictured.

Moreover, the main living space and kitchen are furnished and fully equipped.

• I am an American, 24 year old professional ballerina with the Royal Danish Ballet. I don’t have much downtime but when I do, I love enjoying Copenhagen cafes and cultural attractions with my wonderful friends I’ve made throughout the past 3.5 years of living here.
