Room in Copenhagen NV

Hi people!

My name is Carlos, I am studying in the United States and subletting my big room in Copenhagen.

Location:
In Nørrebro/Nordvest, close to the Glasvej busstop on line 5C.

Availability:
The room will become available for move in on the 16th of March, so we'll just cut the rent in two for the first month.
The room is available until October, but possibly longer as I might travel some more.

The apartment:
The apartment is quite large, at about 84m2, it's located on the 7th floor, and yes there is an elevator. The apartment has a lot of natural light. The building is located in a quiet residential area, with good access to public transportation, supermarkets, local shops, etc. In the apartment you will have access to a large kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a small storage room. The monthly rent includes water, heating, electricity, internet and laundry card for the building's laundry facilities. CPR registration is possible.
The room itself is about 20 sqm, with an open closet, big commode, couch and a bed. Do note that about half of the book/dvd rack (see photo) will remain filled up with my old books.

Flatmates:
You will be sharing the apartment with two other tenants, both in their twenties.
Jasper is a Dutch exchange student and writing his thesis, Niks is from Latvia and currently working. Everyone is quite busy with their own things, but we do socialise when meeting in the kitchen.

Jens, the current tenant who is moving out to his own place, will correspond with you on findroommate and will organise a house viewing so that you can meet the other tenants.
