Our lovely roommate, Emma, is going traveling for a couple of months, so we are on the lookout for a new roommate for our apartment on Nørrebrogade, close to the lakes, with move in on the 1st of June or as soon as possible. The apartment itself is 140 m², and has 3 bedrooms with a huge kitchen/living room.
Frederik is a 26 year-old-dane who has lived abroad the majority of his life and just returned back to Copenhagen last summer, after a few years in New York. He works in the restaurant industry, as a waiter at Alchemist. Naturally, he is passionate about food and wine, and enjoys being around it, whether it is at work, hosting dinner parties, going out for a glass of wine, or exploring new restaurants around the city. Otherwise, he loves going for runs, and can’t wait for the museums and theaters to reopen.
Julie is 24, also Danish, has also lived abroad most of her life, and spent the last 5 years in London. She works as a freelancer in the fashion industry and travels often. Much like Freddy, she enjoys food, wine, cooking, and of course dinner parties, which makes the location of the flat perfect! When she has time, she enjoys doing yoga in the living room, or running around the lakes.
It is really important for us that we have a hyggelig environment, where we can all get along, have friends over for dinner or a glass of wine, but at the same time be able to decompress if we need to.
The room comes unfurnished and is about 9.8 m². The rent is 7,500 kr. and includes heat and water. The electricity and internet bill is shared between all of us. The deposit is 22,500 (equal to 3 months rent)
