The room is located on the top floor of our villa, providing the guest with maximum privacy. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, duvets, office desk and lamp, ergonomic chair and a place to leave your clothes and belongings.
The house is located on a private villa road, which is closed for traffic in one end. Its a quiet and green neighbourhood with beautiful historical villas. The house is in walking distance to parks, metro and Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
- Public transport: Fasanvej Metro Station is 700 meters away, from where you can get to the city centre (Kgs. Nytorv, Nørreport st) in 5-10 mins or airport in 25 mins.
- Bike: You can easily bike to the city centre in 15-20 mins via green biking routes. We also rent out bikes.
- Parking: Our street has free parking..., if you wish to bring your own car or rent one. Everywhere else in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg you will have to pay for parking.
The tenant/guest have access to a kitchen and three bathrooms, which are all shared with us.
Besides prepayment of one month's rent of 5900kr/month, the guest pays for water and heating (750kr/month), wifi (100kr/month) and contribute to the weekly cleaning of common spaces (250kr/month). Laundry and detergent is available in our basement and can be used by guest upon a fee of 35kr/wash. Towels and bedsheets can be provided upon requests.
We are looking for a tenant, who is quiet, considerate and respects our house rules. We have cleaning once a week of common facilities and we want our house to be kept tidy.
We are a friendly and international couple. We run our own companies and travel a lot. We have 2 cats and 10 chickens in our garden and guests help feeding the animals, when we are away.
Please note that the room is for single occupancy only and we rent out for 3 months at a time, with possibility to extend. No smokers and preferably international students.
