Hello potential flatmate!
There is a room available in a small collective for friendly and considerate people.
The location is 1 km from Trekroner St. and less than 1 km from Roskilde University.
The room is 7.9 m² and is furnished. This is a 1st floor apartment of 97 m² and has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a balcony and a large living room with integrated kitchen. A total of 3 people will be living there, the other two are me and Mark.
The rent is 3900 kr + 700 kr (on account heating, water and electricity). Internet is included in the rent.
Move-in cost: first rent (+utilities) + last month rent (+utilities), plus 1 month rent (+utilities) as deposit (if you return the room as you found it, you get the deposit back).
I've been in Denmark for about two years and I really enjoy living here. In my free time I like being active or watching a movie. I'm currently a PhD candidate at DTU Wind (Risø campus), so on weekdays I'm home only in the evenings.
